About

After discussing the possibility of offering a Reputation Management Service with several of our clients, we determined that it was a needed service, and it was time for us start offering this service to the public.

Let’s face the facts. When someone is interested in buying what you sell, a lot of people will run your business’ name through Google before making the decision to buy.

If you have been online for any length of time, chances are that there is someone out there with an axe to grind:

We have even seen instances where a page had a “good review” of a product on it, but the way Google excerpted the page, it appeared to be a “bad review” in Google’s search results. Simply put, when Google excerpts information on a page sometimes, the excerpt is taken out of context, thereby making the excerpt seem to be negative, when the original text was positive.

Whitehat, Grayhat and Blackhat SEO Methods

There are Whitehat and Blackhat SEO methods that can be used to deal with these bad reviews.

We have always practiced Whitehat SEO methods, and we will only use Whitehat SEO methods to clean up your online reputation.

There is a danger in using some of the Blackhat SEO methods, and often the cost of doing it is more than the cost of not doing it. We will not engage any Blackhat or Grayhat SEO methods in our efforts to clean up your online reputation.

Our General Strategy

In order to maintain proper Reputation Management for our clients, we are offering a Reputation Monitoring service, as well as different levels of Reputation Cleaning services – depending of course on the work that will be necessary to clean bad search results.

Our goal and challenge is to outrank the bad reviews in the search engines. If we can push bad reviews to at least page 3 in the search results, then 90% of searchers will never see those bad reviews in the search engine results.

We accomplish this by creating new pages on the Internet, and getting those new pages to rank better in the search engines, than the bad reviews. (Google has actually addressed this practice, and they have said that there is nothing wrong with this approach – therefore, it is safe to assume that Google considers this to be a Whitehat SEO approach to dealing with bad reviews.)

When we are successful pushing bad reviews off of page one and off of page two, the bad press will be drowned out by the good press. This will enable your website to sell more products and services, which will enable you to make more money.

Please take the time to review our Service Plans to see which one might best suit your needs.
